Returns & Refund

Nuren Skincare is committed to provide quality product and customer service.  We offer fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchase through our website, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund with 14 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 14 days in order to receive a full refund.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. If you qualified for a gift with your purchase that item must be returned with your purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Nuren Skincare.

If returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a full refund

1.       All products being return in original packaging

2.       All print material, including invoice and packing slip. You may make copy for your record

3.       Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number outside of the box.

4.       All gifts and Promotions items received with purchase that were associated with the purchased item(s)

If these items are not included with your package you will not receive a full refund or be eligible for exchange.

Also, please ensure that your returns are received by Nuren Skincare at the address given below. Please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Shipping fees are refunded if there was an error in shipping original item by Nuren Skincare or product is damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return will not be processed and refund will not be issued if the following policy not met

1.       If the return item is received after the 14 days of purchase

2.       If the RMA number is not included

3.       If the original container and packaging was not included

4.       If the purchase was not delivered because of the address change or wrong address was input by the customer.
